Socom Tactical Products:

Socom Tactical accepts no responsibility to any damage incurred by our products to yourself or property. All items are checked before dispatch to ensure that they are complete and not damaged. All packages are sent recorded delivery.

Loss or damage via the postal services requires a claims form to be completed by yourself with your Socom Tactical invoice. Refunds are at management discretion and may incur a re-stocking fee (15% + postage).

All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. If we believe that an item has been used, the item will be retained until postage is paid to us for the return of the item. Faulty items may be returned for inspection, but please be aware, any tampering to the item (done by anyone except Socom Tactical staff) will void our return guarantee and/or warranty where relevant. Postage charges:

UK mainland flat rate is £5.00. Free postage over £100 (We are currently only shipping within the UK)

Stock:

Online stock corresponds with the stock in our warehouse - if it is showing as in stock on our website, we have the item within our company, barring any stock issues. We do not provide any drop-shipping services from our suppliers. Should our stock be incorrect, we will contact you in advance offering the choice of an alternative product or a full refund.

Shipping:

We aim to ship all orders within two working days, excluding Saturday and Sunday. During any national/bank holiday, please take in to account that there will be delays between ourselves and our couriers. In spontaneous cases of severe delays, we will do our best to notify you. If your order is delayed without notice, getting in touch with us first is the easiest way for both parties to resolve the issue. 

Returns:

Please contact us first before returning any items. If we are liable to cover the return postage I.E incorrect item, we will only refund an amount equal to the cheapest shipping method available. You are welcome to choose your own shipping method but please be aware this will not effect the amount we refund.
